Is it about time we had MLK on our currency? There are problems with the concept -- the inevitable accusations of hypocrisy, political opportunism, whitewashing history, and the like. But MeFites point out that just about anyone is better than Andrew Jackson. And it's a pretty decent thread to look at. Other countries have artists, activists, thinkers on their bills. Ben Franklin and Lincoln sure deserve to be there, but let's mix it up a little. Shall we?
