The Kingdom of Polystyrene
Dow wants you to know that their Styrofoam™ is is a global success, and moreover that it isn't what birds are choking on. Meanwhile, The Polystyrene Packaging Council wants you to know, among other things, that "Modern man has known about styrene for centuries" and that "Wherever you live, wherever you work, chemicals are a vital part of your life."
For this I fetched?
Cat and Dog Toys for the Jewish dog. In the interest of fairness, I looked for some Jesus-themed dog toys, but came up blank.

Lehrer blogs
Brian Lehrer of wnyc.org is blogging. Or at least his show is. Has Amazon created a Google-killer? Their new site spread through the blogosphere without going through the standard PR channels. It seems to work fine, and the idea of being able to search the text of books is phenomenal. I'm gonna give it a week and see how it feels.
etymology of debauchery
I always thought it had something to do with Bacchus, but no. Old french, desbauchier. Bauch meaning wooden beam. Ergo, to fall off the beam.

It's like near-beer, but for dating.
I'm not sure what demographic this is for, as your standard guy isn't really looking for relationship talk via email. Maybe the kid who said he had a girlfriend in Canada?
Not a link, just a question
How do you filter your email if you're really in the nigerian oil business?
