Doesn't that sound like the sort of gripping title that would get me a job in Wired or some such place? Well anyway, I just came across this great blog about sleeping called Circadiana. Enjoy.

Thanks Simon! Usually by blatantly stealing them from other blogs, or del.i.cio.us, or metafilter, boingboing, any of my usual haunts. But the best stuff comes from down in the depths of discussions. I found this one in a slashdot thread.
