I always thought sex and real estate were opposites, or at least that thinking about the latter could be used to forestall an early conclusion to the former. But, sex sells, I suppose.
Wacky Neighbor is the result of a fevered attack of boredom launched sometime around September 2002. The proprietor, Michael Condouris, has been described as mild-mannered, strange and elusive.
